Please sign this petition if you believe Amy Rose from the Sonic the Hedgehog series, also known as Rosy the Rascal in the classic games and comics is a inappropiate[/u] and bad addition to the series you would like to have removed.

Amy Rose from the Sonic series is a very inappropriate character of the series who needs to be removed. I will now try and tell you why Amy shouldn't exist in the series:

Amy Rose's design:
Amy's dress is very, very short. It shows alotof her arms and back. But in the anime, Sonic X as well as all of the games she has appeared in, her panties are quite seen a lot, even though the cartoon is meant for children. Another thing is Amy's hammer. Amy's Piko-Piko hammer is a big weapon she carries about and fights with. That sounds ok? But where does she hide her hammer when she has nothing on but an innocent dress? Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Amy's outfit, revealing? I'm sorry what about Rouge and her double DD's? How about Sally she walks around naked anyway! Note I am a huge fan of both these characters. About her hammer, every body in the series has some sort of weapon! Shadow has his guns, Tails has the X Tornado, Knuckles has his spikey fists and Blaze has Pyrokenetic powers (sorry if I spelt it wrong

Amy Rose's personality:
Amy Rose is a very terrible character. She is very stubborn and selfish. Amy keeps trying to marry Sonic the Hedgehog by force, either by threatening him or chasing and hugging him. She tries to control his feelings and actions and tries to keep him all for herself. She threatened any female who even mentions Sonic, as seen in the Anime, where she threatens Cosmo just because she asked where Sonic is. In the anime, Sonic had a few romantic moments with Amy Rose, which is an even worse thing. Amy's behiavor could be imitated by young girls who have a crush on a boy, hoping the boy would give in to them. Amy also is a stereotype female. She loves shopping and romantic things and squeals over them. I find that kind of stereotype behiavor offending. Amy is also very aggressive. Hence the hammer... I am currently thinking about children carrying about hammers and I believe you can continue my thought from there.
Stubborn and selfish.. Gamma, Lily, Cream, Sonic, Shadow and Silver that's just some of the characters she has helped. Every girl at her age is stubborn, I mean I sure was. The only time she has tried to get Sonic to marry her was in Sonic Adventure 2 while Sonic was in prison, it was a joke people she wasn't forcing anything! Yes Cosmo and Blaze have been the only people that Amy has 'gone off at' but seriously people she's young.. 12! Not 14 or 15 like the other characters. I watched Sonic X as I child, am I imitating Amy? You obviously didn't grow up with cartoon network, man was that shit violent but funny! Oh yes the stereotype! Rouge is seductive and womanly, Blaze is strong and quite, Cream is young and polite and Amy is left with the role of a girly girl. I reckon it's better that way;to not have all the female characters with similar personalities.
Another thing is...
The fans:
A lot of Amy Rose fans are very young and aggressive towards any people, just because they prefer to see Sonic with another character that isn't Amy Rose. Princess Sally Acorn for example. (Sonic character scrapped since Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon series) They keep getting into fights just over the fictional character, Amy Rose. There are rumours about them imitating Amy's agressive behiavor.
I haven't actually seen any aggressive Amy Rose fans, most of them are Sonamy fanbrats so don't assume what you don't know. Shadow has guns and swears while Blaze blasts fire from her hands, shouldn't they be removed as well just in case children might imitate them?


Amy Rose is a very bad character to show to children and teenagers of today. Please sign this petition and make Sonic the Hedgehog a more suitable show/series for all of us.
The person that wrote this petition can't even spell, that's kinda funny when you're trying to be all 'serious'. Ya'know I bet the fanboy that wrote this petition couldn't care less about Sonic the Hedgehog being 'child friendly' they just need everything tailor made to their needs.
I underlined all spelling mistakes
